CRM Business Analyst
The CRM Business Analyst will support CRM applications for field sales, internal sales operations, and marketing business functions. The candidate must have extensive experience with requirements analysis, systems development skills and be well versed in the sales funnel, lead, and opportunity processes. Must be analytical with exceptional writing and listening skills and able to work independently once provided direction and objectives. This business analyst will be working with various business functions to interpret and document complex business processes and requirements. As such, he/she will be responsible for interviewing the business operations subject matter experts, helping them to derive realistic and optimal requirements that will drive process improvements and system enhancements. They will document the requirements in writing, in a business and/or functional requirements format. This individual must be able to apply their extensive process knowledge, applications, theories and concepts utilized in the CRM.
Hematology Product Specialist
An integral part of the Advanced Instruments team, the Hematology Product Specialist (HPS) will be responsible for selling the Advanced Instruments (AI) GloCyte Cell Counter for Cerebrospinal Fluid. In this exciting new role, the HPS will work directly with existing and prospective customers to identify their needs, deliver product demonstrations, and provide exceptional product support. The HPS’s primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales objectives within acceptable profit goals.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills. They will be self- motivated, energetic, charismatic, and adaptable to change and have a willingness to learn. They will also have a high level of commitment and initiative, a desire to make a difference and be a proven team player.
