Clinical Aftermarket Sales Specialist

The Clinical Aftermarket Sales Specialist is responsible for selling the Advanced Instruments (AI) controls and services within the defined territory, with a focus on sales of Protinol, Renol, and service contracts. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the sales objectives are met or exceeded within acceptable profit goals. The successful candidate will work directly with existing customers to identify their needs, understand their application methodology and apply this knowledge to promote adoption of an AI solution. They will be expected to build a strong partnership with inside sales team, product management and marketing business units. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills. They will be self- motivated, energetic, charismatic, and adaptable to change and have a willingness to learn. They will also have a high level of commitment and initiative, a desire to make a difference and be a proven team player.
Manager, Marketing and Digital Strategy

The Manager, Marketing and Digital Strategy, is a key member of the Advanced Instruments team and will be highly motivated to execute innovative customer digital programs to drive demand and B2B lead generation in the life sciences space. The primary role of the Manager is to work with the commercial teams, as well as external vendors and agencies, to execute our global marketing strategy across primarily digital platforms.
This individual will work in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Product Management Teams and Sales Team to contribute to the development of an overarching plan that will utilize online and offline channels to drive awareness, customer engagement and lead generation across the entire Advanced Instruments portfolio. Using a strong analytics background and ability to critically analyze and leverage performance data, this person will continuously measure and optimize program performance. With an understanding of marketing automation, the manager will create strategies for new customer acquisition and to grow the funnel. He/she will manage the programs’ tactical implementation supporting the implementation of Marketing Technologies that will further enhance the customer journey. This individual plays an important role in driving direct revenue and brand awareness across our global platform to support our aggressive growth and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, data driven and will be passionate and proficient with digital channels and technologies including marketing automation, social, SEO/SEM, and ABM.
Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager

The Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager leads all Regulatory activities within Advanced Instruments and is responsible for developing strategies for product approvals along with managing the registrations of existing Advanced Instruments products. An integral part of the Advanced Instruments team, the Hematology Product Specialist (HPS) will be responsible for selling the Advanced Instruments (AI) GloCyte Cell Counter for Cerebrospinal Fluid. In this exciting new role, the HPS will work directly with existing and prospective customers to identify their needs, deliver product demonstrations, and provide exceptional product support. The HPS’s primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales objectives within acceptable profit goals.
